What kind of work fits?

Start with a skill you can use to produce a clear result. A small project with defined deliverables is easier to evaluate than an open-ended request.

These are examples of project types, not promises of current openings or earnings. Check each live listing for its actual scope and budget.

From browsing to a clear agreement.

1. Find a project you can finish.

   Browse by category, location, remote work, and budget. Read the brief, estimated effort, and start timing. Save a listing if you want to return to it.

2. Send a useful introduction.

   Create an account and add your name, location, skills, and a short bio. In your application, explain one relevant skill, how you would approach the work, and when you can do it. Add a portfolio link if you have work you are allowed to share.

3. Confirm the details in Messages.

   After applying, open My jobs to track your application and talk privately with the poster. Agree on the deliverables, deadline, revisions, and payment arrangements before you start. An application is not a booking.

A stronger first application.

“I can turn your project notes into a spreadsheet with owners, deadlines, and a summary view. I’ve built a similar tracker for a student team. I can send a first version Thursday and include one revision. What format are your notes in?”

This is an example, not a testimonial. Be specific about your own experience. If you have not done the work before, say what you can demonstrate instead of inventing credentials.
